""Walking and Talking" - I need to know if I have AuDHD, that is, having ADHD and Autism, because I have never been tested or diagnosed and I have a good reason why it is easier to get your opinion in the comments than going to a doctor and that is because I am a British Born, Chinese, Vietnamese person living in Japan without sufficient Japanese language skills to really explain everything that I want to in detail to a professional and therefore I am looking to Youtube to get some opinions and to share my story and experiences so here we are. I also want to understand the condition better because I have a feeling my son might have ADHD too and fortunately being a very patient and understand parent, I feel I am supporting and encouraging him right but you all can make sure I am equipped to do it even better than now."

This will be the first video on a new channel I want to make about potentially living with AuDHD. I want it to be an exploration and view of my experiences in life and helping me to understand if the way I grew up, the thoughts I always had and why I felt so different, is because of this condition known as AuDHD and ultimately want to know if I did a good job to get to where I am in life. I still am twitchy and fidgety and overthink things but I want to share and get peoples opinions
