I also don't know where this is. Be careful not to assume too much of the viewers knowledge. Show where Tokushima is on a map and give examples of the dance. Break it down clearly for the viewer to understand

Could one shop or restaurant be the thread through the festival and the quieter months? Seeing its busy week beside an ordinary day would make your off-season travel point feel real, rather than ending on a generic “visit later” tip.
