Liverpool Fan in Japan
With Content covering too many areas of football from transfers and gossip to tactics and reactions, growth was inconsistent and the target audience was too scattered, The channel tried to appeal to the mass market and failed to capture the hearts of a core group of seed viewers.
Liverpool Fan in Japan
Using LaunchPad YT's framework for video ideation, the channel focused on delivering quality tactical analysis on Liverpool specifically, allowing a consistent growth curve and mature audience for those who wanted deeper insights into football tactics. Now has 120+ monthly paying Youtube members for exclusive content.
Propa Boxing
The content was too ambitious to cover in short segments with the thumbnail also failing to stand out from the crowd with a rather confused color scheme and placement of text and images. It could not become a brand with this vision and the stats back this up.
Propa Boxing
With the help and consultancy through a working partnership with LaunchPad YT, the whole brand was simplified with stand out features ensuring the thumbnail, title and quality and delivery of each video as a package was perfected to get absolutely massive viewing figures and retention video upon video with the key video idea formulation format and delivery.
Andy Cantwell
Initially, I was not super happy with the thumbnail design with too much information being overbearing for the viewers and despite my authentic look and feel, the connection and engagement left a lot to be desired. I had to rethink how to connect with the audience even on difficult topics when we lost.

I now have a clear vision for my video packaging thanks to the help of LaunchPad YT where my ideas were vetted and optimised to ensure I give the audience exactly what they expect from me, from thumbnail to title to hook and delivery. The way to create quality videos and winning formula is so obvious when you template it this way!
EXkurogane
A very busy thumbnail coupled with the lack of a big initial hook meant that views were few and far between, especially when it came to different series and different takes on all thing’s anime and figures. The titles were also confused and unappealing.
EXkurogane
Cleaning up the video packaging with the help of LaunchPad YT and introducing myself as a key influencer in this space allowed me to build a proper following for my content as opposed to just fans of the series for the merch I was showcasing. Launchpad YT really helped me established myself from the pack with ideation strategies.

We're Going Wherever This Dart Lands
At the beginning of the livestream, we will throw a dart at a map of Japan and then on stream we need to figure out how to get there (car, train, plane) and then head there. The aim is to get there as quickly as possible without using the BRB screen; however, if we need to fly then we will have to put on a BRB screen. Ideally, driving is best though.
